Zahid Raja<\/h2>\n

Zahid Raja is the Director of Talentometry. Zahid started his research career through an internship in the House of Lords before completing a degree and taking up two graduate leadership roles within Higher Education Quality Assurance.
\n
Having then completed a MSc in Social Research Methods, Zahid began his career within recruitment during the recession going on to build three desks from a cold start within technical markets.
\n
Zahid identified a need for professional and high-touch TA services within three distinct markets and thus Talentometry was set up just before the COVID crisis in Jan 2020 to provide recruitment and search services within these areas:
- Industrial Automation & Robotics
- Financial Services \/ Private Banking
- STEM Public Sector \n <\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
